FROM DULUTH
There are many ways to access this property off of the I-35 Interstate. I am putting directions in from the Duluth area.

Exit 239 toward Jay Cook State Park and Mungar Trail (S) Follow Hwy 45 S toward Carlton. Go thru Carlton toward Wrenshall. Follow Cty Rd 1 thru Wrenshall to State Hwy 23. Take a right on Hwy 23 approx 4.8 miles. You will be approx 18 Miles off of the Interstate.

FROM MOOSE LAKE
Take Cty Rd 8 East to Hwy 23 take a Right on 23 to Property on Left. (Lots of dirt back roads this way)
